Lead RN (ANI) - Gonda Observation Unit - RRMC

The ANI (Lead Nurse) is responsible for assisting with clinical management and Administration coordination of the nursing unit. The position is a combination of clinical (direct care) and administrative responsibilities.

Salary: $70.41 - $102.30 Hourly

• -Current California RN license Required
• -BLS from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association Required
• -2 years of recent charge nurse experience in short stay/observation unit, Preferred
• -2 years of recent acute care experience - required
• -2 years of recent med/surg/tele experience, Preferred
• -Ability to communicate effectively with all members of a multidisciplinary team
• -Exceptional critical thinking and decision making skills
• -Ability to work in a highly stimulating environment with flexibility and adaptability
• -Ability to manage patient flow in fast paced unit with efficiency and professionalism
