Some onsite will be required as needed but could be fully remote based on the candidate. Our target hourly pay rate is 65.00 - 85.00 depending on level of skill. No C2C.

Job Description:

This is a cross-functional leadership role responsible for defining the overarching migration strategy, developing scalable processes, coordinating key stakeholders, and ensuring we deliver a seamless experience for all customers as they move from existing the solutions to the go-forward platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the overall client migration roadmap aligned to product availability, commercial readiness, and client priorities.
  • Define phases, cohorts, go/no-go criteria, risk thresholds, and success measures across the portfolio of client transitions.
  • Drive governance and cadence for executive visibility, decision-making, and risk escalation.

  • Align and synchronize workstreams across Product, Engineering, Commercial, Services, IT, Legal, and Customer Support.
  • Identify interdependencies (e.g., contractual terms, technical constraints, support model readiness) and drive resolution across teams.
  • Partner closely with client-facing teams to ensure migration plans reflect real-world customer needs and constraints.

  • Create and maintain scalable tools, playbooks, and templates for internal teams to plan and execute migrations.
  • Define the segmentation and prioritization model (e.g., migration cohorts by region, product mix, or strategic tier).
  • Establish migration governance processes and reporting structures.

  • Monitor progress against the overall transition plan, highlighting risks, tradeoffs, and milestones.
  • Lead weekly forums or steering committees to report on status and resolve blockers.
  • Track portfolio-level metrics, including capacity to migrate, client readiness, and financial impact.

  • Serve as the internal "air traffic controller " ensuring that customer migration efforts stay aligned with broader transformation goals.
  • Coordinate communication and change management efforts in collaboration with transformation and marketing teams.
  • Help internal teams manage change fatigue, capacity challenges, and interdepartmental friction that can arise during mass transitions.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in program or portfolio management, preferably within SaaS, digital transformation, or client-facing initiatives.
  • Proven success leading large-scale, cross-functional programs that touch both internal operations and external customers.
  • Familiarity with SaaS re-platforming or client transitions related to product sunsets or cloud migrations.
  • Strong strategic thinking and systems-level mindset.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to operate with urgency, empathy, and precision in a fast-moving environment.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a knack for bringing structure and clarity to complex work.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience working in healthcare or other highly regulated industries.
  • Certification in program/project management (e.g., PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or similar).
