Director, Sourcing - Strategic Procurement Leadership

Safelite is seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking Director of Sourcing to lead enterprise-wide procurement strategy. This high-impact role drives value through cost optimization, supplier performance, and risk mitigation-aligning sourcing initiatives with business goals.

You'll lead a team of procurement professionals, manage the full sourcing lifecycle (RFPs, negotiations, contracts, and supplier relationships), and serve as a strategic partner across the organization. Success requires sharp business acumen, strong leadership, and the ability to influence at all levels.

Location: This role is hybrid - 4 days per week onsite, in Columbus, OH.

What You'll Lead
  • Strategic sourcing and category management across key spend areas

  • Cost-saving initiatives that deliver measurable enterprise value

  • Supplier performance, risk mitigation, and contract lifecycle oversight

  • Executive-level collaboration to align procurement with business priorities

What You Bring
  • 10+ years of progressive procurement leadership across Direct and Indirect categories

  • Proven success in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and cost transformation

  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence across all levels

  • Experience leading teams and navigating complex, global procurement environments.
