Job Summary

The JR Warehouse Administrator will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the warehouse by controlling access, coordinating the receipt of goods, document management and compliance with safety standards. This position also provides administrative support to the logistics and purchasing areas, contributing to maintain an organized, safe and efficient work environment.

Working Scheme: on site - Lima/Peru.

Temporary contract.

Main Activities:

  • Execute access control procedures (suppliers, visitors, internal personnel).
  • Coordinate the reception, inspection and initial storage of goods and purchases arriving at the warehouse.
  • Supervise the loading/unloading team, forklifts and temporary support personnel.
  • Orient and instruct operators, suppliers and contractors on routes, safety protocols and internal regulations.
  • Keep daily records of entries/exits, incidents
  • Communicate incidents or planning deviations to logistics management and propose corrective actions.
  • Documentary control of purchases
  • Verification of good practices and hygiene and safety regulations.
  • Provide assistance support to the purchasing area
  • Make reports on the progress of activities and developments in the day to day.

Qualifications

  • With 1 year of experience in the automotive industry.
  • Professional degree in Engineering (Industrial, Automotive, Mechanical), Administration, International Trade or related careers.
  • Intermediate to advanced level of English
  • Basic knowledge of safety and occupational health standards
  • Ability to manage platforms and systems
  • Very good command of Excel
