Our nurses deliver exceptional care in a collaborative, team-focused environment and benefit from professional development through cross-training in various Mother-Baby roles. Join our dedicated team and make a meaningful impact every day.Key Position Details: Tier 1: 6-months or more current RN experience at Abbott NW Postpartum unit required Tier 2: RN postpartum experience required Tier 3: One-year acute care RN experience or new graduate RN with OB experience required(Ex: Internship, Capstone, Nursing Asst)
Job Description: Nursing is the diagnosis and treatment of human response to actual or potential health problems. This includes establishing an intentional therapeutic relationship between a registered nurse and a patient and family. As a leader and the integrator of care, the professional nurse has the responsibility, authority, and accountability for planning, coordinating and evaluating the patient's care needs.

Pay Range Pay Range: $41.67 to $69.39 per hour The pay described reflects the base hourly pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
