Overview

This is a full-time, hybrid career opportunity that can be based out of Corporate headquarters in downtown Lancaster, PA.

Our hybrid schedule is 3 days in the office and 2 days work from home following a successful 90 day introductory period.

Core working hours will be 8 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday.

Works with product team members and management in the development, evaluation, research, delivery, functional components, regulatory impact, trend analysis, pricing, profitability and support of the various systems and product/services in the department. The incumbent will be required to maintain deep, comprehensive knowledge of the various processes products/services, rules/regulations, currencies, systems, and foreign bank relationships within the International Department. The position will interact with internal and external customers, correspondent banks, and vendors. Will work independently to achieve project goals and meet timelines.



Responsibilities

    Responsible for troubleshooting/reporting issues with vendors, testing fixes, report/data validation, and ongoing system management. Ensures systems are running smoothly and effectively meeting the needs of clients and operations. Actively involved with system updates and coordinating between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensures compliance to regulatory/risk requirements using knowledge and understanding of systems and operations. Compiles data needed for reporting for regulatory, risk and performance requirements in accordance with expected timelines. Provides reporting and data as requested by internal departments and auditors.
  • Serves as internal subject matter expert on products, systems, and processes with deep level of knowledge and understanding. Provides support to operational areas by performing all related duties as needed. Able to assist in escalated, complex transactions. Responsible for assisting management and functional areas with internal/external requests when necessary.
  • Responsible for executing monthly reporting and analysis to determine profitability and performance by reviewing transaction volumes, workflows, efficiencies in straight through processing, foreign exchange traffic and foreign correspondent bank performance, make recommendations when applicable. Will be responsible for providing reporting as requested.
  • Assist management by reviewing policies and procedures to assure that best practices are followed. Maintain knowledge of department specific policy and procedures and processing systems as it related to all functional areas within the department.
  • Involved with the development, implementation, and enhancements of new/existing International products and services. Explores new ideas and opportunities to improve operational efficiencies and enhance customer satisfaction. Works with functional leads to understand and develop new requirements into design and implementation. Assists in preparing documentation and presentation material as required.

  • Cross trains with other areas of the department to ensure proficient working knowledge of products and services.


Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: business, finance, economics. (Required)

Experience

1 or more years banking experience. (Required)

1 or more years products associated with international and global trade. (Preferred)

2 or more years international banking and SWIFT experience. (Preferred)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Advanced MS Excel / Data Analytics Skills (Required)
  • Power BI (Preferred)

Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate's knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials. The salary range may vary based on geographic location.

The hourly rate for this position is $24.13 - $40.24.
