Production Machinist & Assembler
Overview Waters Corporation is currently seeking a Laser Welder to join our Global Machining Operations. Under general supervision, the individual will perform complex tasks of intricate machined metal parts and tubing through the use of a 20X stereo microscope and a variety of miniature tools. The individual will work within the group to achieve quality, productivity, and employee performance goals. As a member of the team, the individual will have the opportunity to suggest improvements to existing procedures and processes. Previous Machining background a plus. This position will work during 3:00 P.M. to 1AM Second shift Monday - Thursday. Responsibilities Operating equipment of loading and unloading of components Maintain productive output to achieve customer requirements Inspections of completed parts to meet quality controls and specifications Qualifications Blue print reading Use of measuring equipment like calipers and micrometers Programing of G & M Codes Manufacturing experience in fast paced environment Trumph & IPG Laser Equipment or similar micro welding experience Company Description Waters Corporation (NYSE:WAT) is a global leader in analytical instruments, separations technologies, and software, serving the life, materials, food, and environmental sciences for over 65 years.
