Our retail client is rolling out Adobe Captivate to a small internal team (L&D and HRIS professionals, 6 to 12 people). They are looking for an experienced Captivate consultant to support the rollout by holding regular virtual office hours to assist users one-on-one or in small groups. This will complement the internal training the team is already receiving. Responsibilities Host regularly scheduled "office hours" (2 hours on Tuesdays and 2 hours on Thursdays preferred) Support individuals and small groups in real-time as they begin using Adobe Captivate Provide expert guidance, troubleshooting, and tips on using both Captivate Classic and Captivate 12 Offer occasional input on Articulate 360 (which the client also uses) Use Microsoft Teams to collaborate and communicate with staff Start Date: ASAP Duration: 4 to 5 weeks Hours: About 4 hours per week, but might fluctuate up to 8 hours per week; preferably 2 hours on Tuesdays and 2 hours on Thursdays to start between 9am - 2pm PT. Location: Virtual Experience Required: Strong expertise in Adobe Captivate Classic and Captivate 12; must use personal computer and Captivate subscription throughout the project. Must be confident answering Captivate questions live, walking users through tasks, and helping them understand the software without doing the work for them Familiarity with Articulate 360 Comfortable using Microsoft Teams for communication and support Prior experience teaching or supporting professionals learning a new tool Clear, concise, and patient communication style Ability to teach in a way that's direct and efficient without being rushed A background check is required for the selected consultant.
