SPA's Air Force and Army Programs Portfolio provides aviation-focused analysis and program management for life-cycle systems engineering and logistics support, rapid capabilities development and fielding, cyber warfare operations, nuclear C3, and integrated air and missile defense planning. We provide advanced studies, wargame development, and analysis to support materiel operations, supply strategies, and fleet readiness.

SPA has a near term need for an Unit System Integrator at Ft. Detrick, MD. #M

Candidate will provide system integration support to personnel with current and extensive experience in tactical operations at the small unit level. Assistance will include coaching/teaching/mentoring small unit leaders at the team, squad, platoon and company levels of combat arms organizations in accordance with their experience and military training related to combat operations within the Infantry, Armor, Cavalry, Special Forces, Engineer or Field Artillery Military Occupational Specialties (MOS).

Required Qualifications:

BS degree
• 10+ years of system integration experience
• Shall attend and complete Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC) certification
• The ability to work onsite, up to full time, depending upon client needs
• DoD Secret clearance with the ability to maintain it throughout employment

• PEO Soldier Experience
• Army Fielding Experience
• Prior Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC) qualification
