Days Job Description (General Summary)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Service Operations Coordinator / Services Analyst to support our Wild Caught Service Managers and their teams. This role is critical in ensuring accurate data capture in MS Dynamics, enabling data-driven decision-making, improving service efficiency, and supporting customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be proficient in CRM systems, data analysis, and service operations within an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities: Customer & Asset Data Management *Maintain and update customer profiles and asset data in MS Dynamics. *Track installed base data and generate reports on asset age, maintenance costs, and downtime trends. CRM Management & Service Communication *Log all customer interactions and generate reports from MS Dynamics. *Assist in scheduling and dispatching service technicians. Service-to-Sales Insights & Reporting *Provide data on service costs vs. new equipment investment. *Deliver insights to support service team decision-making. Lead Generation & Proposal Support *Identify sales opportunities based on service trends. *Support proposal development using customer asset and repair history. Requirement: *Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. *Effective teamwork and coordination across departments.
