Job Description (General Summary)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Service Operations Coordinator / Services Analyst to support our Wild Caught Service Managers and their teams. This role is critical in ensuring accurate data capture in MS Dynamics, enabling data-driven decision-making, improving service efficiency, and supporting customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be proficient in CRM systems, data analysis, and service operations within an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Customer & Asset Data Management

*Maintain and update customer profiles and asset data in MS Dynamics.
*Track installed base data and generate reports on asset age, maintenance costs, and downtime trends.

CRM Management & Service Communication

*Log all customer interactions and generate reports from MS Dynamics.
*Monitor work order completion, track parts usage, and support billing and invoicing.
*Coordinate with technicians, planners, and procurement to ensure service efficiency.
*Assist in scheduling and dispatching service technicians.

Service-to-Sales Insights & Reporting

*Provide data on service costs vs. new equipment investment.
*Generate reports on high-maintenance assets and support pricing analysis.
*Deliver insights to support service team decision-making.

Lead Generation & Proposal Support

*Identify sales opportunities based on service trends.
*Assist in logging opportunities, generating quotes, and tracking service contracts.
*Support proposal development using customer asset and repair history.

Requirement:

*Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
*1 - 3 years in customer service, asset management, or operations coordination in an industrial/manufacturing setting.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
*Strong time management and scheduling skills.
*Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
*Ability to analyze service trends and identify improvement opportunities.
*Strong customer orientation and responsiveness.
*Effective teamwork and coordination across departments.

Desired Requirements:

*Proficiency in MS Dynamics and data analysis tools.
