Office Assistant

Location: Marcus Hook, PA 19061

Pay: $19-$24/HR (bill up to $35.87 Bill

Duration: 1 year Contract to hire

Schedule: Mon-Fri- 7AM-4PM

The Office Assistant will provide general administrative support by handling routine clerical tasks. You will be responsible for answering and directing calls, greeting visitors, assisting customers, managing office supplies and equipment, and distributing mail.

Responsibilities:




  • Organize and maintain files, filing system and communications.



  • Provide data entry for projects.



  • Answer phone calls and direct calls.



  • Direct of incoming mail.



  • Type memos, correspondence, reports and other documents as requested.



  • Prepare outgoing mailings and labels, including e-mail and fax.



  • Reserve conference rooms and coordinate client, vendor and/or supplier presentations, meetings and interviews, including set-up and cleanup.



  • Assist with scheduling and setting client interviews, presentations and other meetings as requested.



  • Order and maintain supplies.



  • Update the office calendar.



  • Performs other duties as assigned



  • Comply with all policies and standards




Qualifications/Requirement:




  • High School Diploma/GED- Required



  • 1 year applicable office/clerical experience



  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Access, Excel and Power Point
