Warehouse Associate Location: Virginia Beach, VA \| Schedule: Full-Time Join World Kinect and become part of a team that keeps essential operations moving. As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our lubricant products are safely received, organized, and prepared for timely delivery to our valued customers. If you're detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Receive, count, and inspect incoming stock; accurately record inventory using manual or digital systems. Pack and unpack products, ensuring items are stored in an organized and accessible manner. Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load/unload delivery trucks and move materials safely. Verify inventory levels by reconciling physical counts with system data. Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment. Determine optimal storage methods based on product type and turnover. Drive Non-CDL and/or CDL trucks to pick up or deliver products as needed. Support internal teams and customers by distributing materials based on requisitions. Adhere to OSHA regulations and company safety policies. Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Valid driver's license required. Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred. Forklift certification is a plus. Experience with lubricants or similar products is a bonus. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to communicate clearly and work well in a team environment.
