Marketing Specialist Job Responsibilities:
- Develops, implements, and manages marketing campaigns to promote healthcare services, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
- Creates engaging and informative content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and blogs, to drive patient awareness and engagement.
- Collaborates with the design team to produce promotional materials for digital mediums.
- Utilizes data analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize strategies for better performance, which may include analyzing existing patient education and marketing collateral with a critical eye to identify and improve communications, including project management of changes.
- Conducts market research to identify trends, patient needs, and opportunities for service expansion and new campaigns, while staying abreast of competitors' messaging and opportunities.
- Assists in organizing events, webinars, and community outreach programs to build relationships with patients, providers, and the local community.
- Assists in project management, physician profile updates, web updates, content creation, and other assignments to support the business needs of the marketing team. Provides service line support for physician onboarding and ongoing physician marketing efforts.
- Maintains consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels to ensure a cohesive patient experience.
- Manages relationships with external marketing vendors and agencies when necessary.
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing or related field
- Experience: 2 years of experience in marketing, communications or related field
