  • translate insights from marketing data into actionable recommendations for marketing and business development teams;
  • support HGA's firmwide data strategy by enriching our data warehouse with marketing-related data enabling reporting and business analytics; and
  • collaborate with cross-functional leaders to develop and maintain reports for leadership decision-making and operational performance.

Support & Troubleshooting

  • serve as an escalation point for IT support tickets related to MarTech tools and workflows;
  • field "how to" support requests from users and help them navigate tools and workflows;
  • coordinate system upgrades and new release deployments with IT as needed., serving as a liaison between marketing users, technical system admins or IT support as needed; and
  • provide QA support for new templates, system updates, and intake forms.

You will need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, information systems, or a related field
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in marketing operations, systems governance, or marketing technology, preferably in the AEC or professional services industry
