Job Summary Job Description Senior Engineering Manager, RBC Capital Markets LLC, Jersey City, NJ: Responsible for the design and development of real-time integration solutions using Redhat Fuse, Apache Camel, Spring Boot, and OpenShift technologies. Lead scoping and design sessions across cross-functional and cross-regional teams. Analyze, define, and document system architecture and design for business processes, data, workflow, logical processes, hardware and operating system environment, interfaces with other systems, internal and external checks, and controls. Ensure the design of the integrated environment can reach maximum levels of availability, efficiency, scalability, and security. Provide input into and lead the technical infrastructure design on Azure cloud. Work collaboratively with cross-functional QA teams, QA delivery leads, and show work progress reports per Sprints. Telecommuting permitted up to 3 days per week. #LI-DNI Full time employment, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, $255,944 per year. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Must have a bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, or related field, and 10 years of related work experience, of which 5 years are progressive post-baccalaureate related work experience. Must have 10 years of experience in Banking domain (Core Banking, Liquidity management, payments-Wires, ACH, Instant payments, Treasury Services, General Ledger, SWIFT/Messaging, and Trade Services). Must have 6 years of experience in each of the following: * Kafka, TIBCO, or MQ; * ETL tools (ADF, Talend, and DataStage); * Java and Spring boot; and * CI/CD and DevOps principles. The base salary for this job is $255,944.00 per year. This salary does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
