Job Summary Job Description RBC seeks a Vice President Capital Markets Advisory in New York, NY to manage the trading execution for money market, FX, Commodities, Interest Rate, FX derivatives, and investment security portfolio activities. Review and monitor trading activities to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines. Supervise funding processes, capital market conditions, and market and institutional risk levels. Maintain client relationships for both sides of transactions and prepare contingency plans in a fast-changing market. Develop and execute strategies for unsecured funding, capital raising, liquidity management, and securities portfolio management. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in physics, finance, or a related field, and 4 years of experience in capital markets focusing on Fixed Income, Currencies, and Commodities (FICC) and equity products, generating trade ideas and innovating products, pricing and structuring products, and developing comprehensive marketing documentation. 4 years of experience identifying and analyzing market opportunities to develop innovative financial product and structures. 4 years of experience integrating valuation adjustments (XVAs) and risk management methodologies into the pricing process, conducting price simulation, and defining optimal booking strategies. Series 7 and 63 required within 6 months of hire. #LI-DNI The salary for this job is $292,427 per year. This salary does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
