Project Coordinator

LaForce is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Security Integration (SI) Project Coordinator in our Milwaukee, WI location to support our Outside Sales and Project Management teams. In this role, you'll assist in managing electronic security projects from start to finish-providing excellent customer service, technical support, and sales coordination for access control and security integration systems. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, teamwork, and making an impact.

What You'll Do:

• Support SI Sales and Project Management staff by helping plan, coordinate, and manage projects from inception to completion.
• Serve as a key point of contact for customer service and technical support needs related to access control and security integration products.
• Provide inside sales support including pricing, quoting, technical drawings, security schedules, submittals, and sales order creation.
• Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure successful project execution.
• Assist with project documentation-quotes, drawings, wiring diagrams, product specs, purchase orders, etc.
• Provide phone support to technicians, installers, and sales reps in the field.
• Collaborate with the scheduling team to prioritize projects in your market.

What You'll Bring:

A bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university is preferred, though at least two years of related experience and/or training will also be considered as well as military experience. Strong communication and organizational skills are important, along with attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Familiarity with security systems or technical components is a plus. This role also requires the ability to work well across teams and departments, and prior experience with project coordination, estimating, or customer support is helpful.
