You are:

We invite accomplished professionals to consider the role of Quantitative Research Senior Manager within our expanding and high-performing team. In this capacity, you will serve as a trusted advisor to some of the worlds leading organizations, advancing their strategic objectives by addressing complex business challenges through advanced research and actionable insights.

You will possess a genuine curiosity for clients' strategic priorities, the ability to translate research findings into impactful recommendations, and a proven track record of cultivating enduring client relationships. Youll have a passion for exploring new methodologies and techniques, plus proven experience working in Market Research in a commercial environment. This role requires the skill set and expertise to proficiently manage projects end-to-end whilst drawing on additional expertise and resource from within the business where necessary.

Working closely with senior leadership, you will uphold the highest standards of project excellence and accuracy, ensuring timely delivery and consistently exceeding client expectations. In managing quantitative research engagements, you will also collaborate with qualitative research experts and partner with our data science and AI Value Strategy teams to further enhance insights and strategic impact.

In a leadership capacity, you will inspire and develop high-performing teamsfostering talent, commitment, and professional respect through ongoing mentorship and community development.

The Work:

Client Relationship & Strategic Growth

  • Championing client accounts and nurturing relationship development to optimize growth potential

  • Designing comprehensive project proposals for large and complex assignments, with a focus on Human Understanding

  • Developing and owning client relationships that thrive and endure. Working with those clients to define their key business challenges and shape studies that will answer to those challenges.

  • Immersing yourself in the clients business to establish a credible base of knowledge from which to build.

  • Making key decisions on project management, resource allocation, and strategic business development

Project Leadership & Efficient Delivery

  • Overseeing multifaceted tasks, directing communications, briefing project teams, and managing workloads

  • Delivering client debriefs, supervising preparation of presentation materials for executive-level stakeholders, and formulating conclusions and strategic recommendations

Team Management & Talent Development

  • Building and managing high-performing teams across projects and accounts

  • Ability to deliver timely solutions and develop strong relationships with different levels of staff, senior management across our organization as well as jointly with clients

  • Conducting staff appraisals, setting objectives, and motivating teams

Vision & Strategic Direction

  • Collaborating with leadership to shape Accenture Song Data & AIs vision and strategic direction

Heres what youll need:

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in quantitative market research with a strong background in B2B technology sectors. This experience should include:
    • Proven experience in global brand tracking and/or brand and communication research
    • Experience in client management and driving account-level revenue growth
    • Track record of designing and executing complex, high-impact projects for global clients within large, international teams
    • Skilled in managing high volumes of project deliverables and coordinating with overseas teams
    • Demonstrated mastery across a diverse range of quantitative research methodologies
    • Good understanding of advanced analytics capabilities, including data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI and marketing mix modeling
    • Proficiency in MS Office is a must

  • A strong presenter whose personal delivery reflects confidence, enthusiasm and personality with the ability to deliver value and insight to the client

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York or Washington as set forth below.
