RGM is focused on driving profitable growth through price & promotion strategies as well as driving the organization's marketing mix to maximize ROI on overall demand generation investment. As a Sr Manager- Finance Co-Pilot, you will be a critical partner to the Center for Customer Development leads and division sales leadership and play a critical role in developing and executing key business objectives in a complex and dynamic environment. Your scope of responsibility will include ~$3B of annual revenue across multiple complex and strategic customers. Primary Responsibilities
- Manage delivery of divisional objectives and investments within a diverse portfolio of customers and divisions.
- Hire, develop and promote top talent. Ensure robust development and career pathing and act as a talent pipeline for the broader Nestle Finance organization. Help ensure that Nestle USA is a destination for top diverse talent
- Drive ROI mindset on commercial investments
- Drive visibility of customer profitability to optimize total commercial investments for our customers
- Leverage Nestle Next principles to ensure customer compliance
- Drive Nestle Next future iterations leveraging key learnings
- Manage a team of 3-4 field finance managers and analysts
- Work with counterparts in Strategic Revenue Management to optimize commercial plans.
- Partner with Sales leadership to refine and optimize Route-to-Market opportunities in line with organizational objectives.
- Support compliance and controls framework to ensure rock solid financial reporting and a culture of being 'audit ready at all times'
- Support OMNI investments and controls
- Research and resolve customer deduction discrepancies
Requirements Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Sales, or related discipline
- 7+ years of relevant work experience in Finance, Sales, or Analytics
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in data visualization and storytelling through insights; strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- An understanding of pricing concepts (elasticity, sensitivities, thresholds) and how pricing & promotion can impact commercial P&L statements
- Strong financial controls and financial reporting compliance
- Experience working with syndicated consumption data and internal financial data
- Knowledge of the consumer-packaged goods industry
- Experience leading a team in a dynamic fast paced environment

- Strong oral and written communication with internal and external stakeholders, including influencing ability and capability to explain financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders
