Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Title Release Specialist to join our growing team. This role is critical in supporting the release of equipment titles (vehicles, trailers, semis) once loans are paid off. The ideal candidate will have experience in finance or banking, experience with vehicle titles or DMV processes, and strong Excel and pipeline management skills.
Key Responsibilities: * Process and release equipment titles to customers upon loan payoff. * Ensure accuracy and completeness of incoming title documents. * Perform quality assurance (Q/A) checks before title release. * Manage a pipeline of up to 20 title release requests, ensuring timely processing within SLA. * Collaborate with internal teams and occasionally interact with customers to resolve title-related issues. * Utilize workflow tools to track and manage title release processes. * Maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Required Skills & Experience: * 2+ years of commercial loan experience in a financial or banking environment. * Experience working with vehicle titles, dealership operations, or DMV processes. * Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs. * Pipeline management experience, with the ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.44/hr.
