Overview
Under minimal supervision, maintains clinical application guidance and education on all clinical application software. Repots to the Clinical Services Director and works closely with IT Director. Responsibilities -Assists in implementing policies and procedures for all assigned systems. -Provides formal and informal training on all assigned systems or services. This includes first time training on new systems or services, new employee training, new enhancement training and training related to new modules within existing systems. -Collects, analyzes, and responds to skills assessment feedback for all areas of responsibility. This process will serve to proscribe measurable indicators of proficiency with the respective systems or services. These measures will serve as guidelines for the scheduling of resources to achieve desirable proficiency levels. -Work with providers during onboarding to provide access, schedule training, build templates, order sets, and set up 2FA for EPCS. -Serve as a resource for all employees and providers to troubleshoot and optimize G2 utilization. -Manage USO Clinical Standards for Nursing and Medical Assistants and assist with other clinical departments as needed. -Maintain accurate user lists in all clinical-based systems Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. RN state license and current registration with the State Board of Nursing in practicing state. Business Experience: Minimum five years actively practicing as a registered nurse, including at least three years oncology experience.
