As an FP&A Manager, you will be a key player in shaping the company's financial strategy. Supporting the Associate Director of FP&A, you'll handle global FP&A activities, including the monthly financial close, variance analysis, and discussions with top leaders. Your collaboration with functional and business leaders will help create detailed budgets and forecasts. Additionally, you'll track global restructuring activities and provide crucial financial modeling and analysis for decision-making support. Your role will significantly impact the organization's strategic direction and operational efficiency.

How You'll Make An Impact:



  • Support closing and reporting activities for overhead functions that support the corporate leadership team.
  • Prepare monthly variance analysis of actuals, forecast, and budget; explain and investigate any major discrepancies, and understand key business drivers.
  • Act as primary finance partner for global facilities and real estate functional leaders.
  • Lead and support corporate business leadership teams in annual operating budget and quarterly forecast process.
  • Support all other ad-hoc financial modeling and analysis supporting corporate overhead functions.


What You Bring:



  • Education: BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Managerial Economics, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
  • Work Experience: 5+ years' management experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or Accounting, either in public accounting or corporate finance; experience supporting any of the following areas of business desired: SG&A, R&D, consolidations, commercial (sales), supply chain (manufacturing & logistics).
  • Detail oriented with attention to process and documentation in addition to accuracy.
  • Experience acting as trusted finance partner, handling sensitive information and providing key insightfuls based on financial information.
  • Strong financial modeling skills with ability to work seamlessly with complex data.
  • Experience with Enterprise level Accounting and Planning software desired; Essbase and SAP preferred. PowerBI or related experience preferred. Strong Excel skills.
  • Strong written communication skills to clearly convey monthly reporting to stakeholders.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $153,100 to $210,600 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
