Business Analyst, Senior

Your Role

The Network Management team is responsible for the development and maintenance of Behavioral Health provider networks, including vendor and Plan to Plan relationships necessary to provide our members and clients with access to quality, affordable health care services.. The Business Analyst, Senior will report to the SR Manager, Provider Services. In this role you will support Blue Shield's Behavioral Health and selective Ancillary programs including supporting Plan to Plan, and vendor operations.

Your Knowledge and Experience

• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Requires at least 5 years of prior relevant experience
• Beginner to intermediate SQL skill level preferred
• Experience analyzing Behavioral Health data, preparing summary reports for presentation, accuracy and integrity to meet regulatory and operational requirements preferred
