This role will be responsible for communicating via several methods and at times simultaneously by phone, land mobile radio or in-person dialogue. The ideal candidate is an organized, well-spoken and detail-oriented professional able to function in a dynamic, fast-paced and stressful work environment. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: * Conducts daily organizational level aircraft MOC Plans, Scheduling & Documentation duties in accordance with applicable AFIs and the performance work statement (PWS). * Plans, schedules, documents and organizes maintenance and utilization of aircraft, engines, munitions, missiles and associated support systems. * Determines maintenance capabilities to aid in developing weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual operational, production and maintenance phase schedules to meet mission requirements. * Manages the weapons system configuration and orders replacement parts for, Time Compliance Technical Order (TCTO), special inspection and time change program, cartridge actuated device/propellant actuated devices (CAD/PAD) and their related MIS. * Builds operational plans, coordinates and documents maintenance for aircraft or related equipment and reports aircraft status to the customer. Maintains and audits weapon systems records. * May coordinate on changes to the flying schedule with applicable agencies using customer source documents or systems. * Receives technical guidance from Managers, Supervisors, Expediters, Leads and/or higher-level technicians as required. * May be required to obtain and maintain special certifications as directed by management. * Reviews and completes forms documentation pertinent to completed maintenance, enters maintenance actions into applicable MIS system and will make entries in forms, logs, records, or electronic equivalent as required. * May be required to perform weed removal and general clean-up of facilities assigned to the organization in accordance with the performance work statement. Requirements may include sweeping, mopping, use of floor cleaning machine etc. * May perform vehicle use inspections, cleaning and wash duties. * Must complete all assignments and other related duties as assigned by Managers, Supervisors, Expediters or Leads Qualifications and Experience: * High School diploma or GED is required. * Minimum of six years' experience planning, scheduling, documenting, forecasting and coordinating aircraft maintenance activities is required. Engine Management Branch and/or Maintenance Analyst experience is highly desired. * Must speak, read, write, and understand English. * Must be able to work first, second or third shift to include weekends. * Must deal with the customer and company employees in a courteous, professional and effective manner. * Must be reliable, self-motivated and able to multi-task and deal with stressful situations and timelines while maintaining a professional and non-confrontational attitude. * Must possess a working knowledge of USAF MIS systems, forms documentation and strict adherence and use of aircraft technical data is mandatory. * Must be able to obtain/maintain the security clearance level as mandated by the government customer. * Must possess a current valid U.S. Driver's License. * May be required to obtain, maintain a government driver's license. If controlled movement area (CMA) access is required, individuals must pass a color vision test. * Must have a working knowledge of computers (input/extract data) and basic computer software programs such as Word, Outlook, Power Point, and Excel. * Position requires complying with unique commuting/travel requirements. Working Conditions: Page 2 of 2 * Environment ranges from office to hangar and flight line and requires extensive sitting, climbing, standing, stooping, bending, pushing, kneeling, stretching, and walking demands. * Must be able to move about both inside aircraft hangars and outside on aircraft ramps within close proximity of running equipment and aircraft. * Must be physically capable of performing all assigned duties. * Must be able and willing to meet OSHA, DCMA or additional industrial requirements including, hearing test, vision test to include color vision, respirator fit test and blood draw etc. to ensure workplace safety standard compliance. * May be subjected to no-notice drug testing surveillance per Company policy or Customer's direction to ensure a drug-free work environment.
