Overview

As a lead marketing professional at Esri, you are enthusiastic, self-motivated, and data driven. You leverage your wide-ranging expertise to support varied campaigns and programs. You understand the need to effectively tailor initiatives to capture the attention of targeted audiences. Your strategic mindset and strong collaboration with team members enables the creation of resources and deliverables leveraged across multiple channels. Analytical thinking drives your ability to evaluate the strengths and opportunities related to program output and you measure revenue generated from executed channel programs.

Responsibilities



  • Communicate and collaborate. Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives, senior stakeholders, and key partners. Align on objectives, market opportunities, and audience strategies. Represent the organization in high-level meetings and industry events. Support critical accounts, repair key relationships, and drive value realization. Lead a relationship strategy focused on long-term customer success.
  • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Oversee strategic marketing campaigns across various verticals and global markets. Lead project phases, resource planning, budgeting, and risk management. Review and approve estimates, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals.
  • Define and lead marketing strategy. Drive enterprise-wide marketing strategies, integrating innovative approaches and new technologies. Develop long-term execution plans, identify knowledge gaps, and implement programs to enhance customer insights and engagement. Set and refine marketing best practices for the organization.
  • Analyze and apply data. Demonstrate expertise in advanced data analysis, identifying new and innovative methods and tools. Utilize analytics to inform campaign strategies, measure performance, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Create and optimize digital content. Lead the development and execution of mission-critical digital campaigns. Drive social media strategy, oversee multi-channel digital marketing efforts, and implement cutting-edge analytics to evaluate effectiveness. Contribute to the development of best practices for digital content.
  • Drive marketing innovation and execution. Lead the planning and execution of marketing strategies for products and services. Integrate new ideas, oversee corporate marketing initiatives, and collaborate with product development, advertising, and communications teams.
  • Enhance customer knowledge and data strategy. Play a pivotal role in designing, capturing, and organizing customer databases. Lead key initiatives to improve customer segmentation and market intelligence. Consistently drive innovative solutions to achieve superior results in customer engagement.


Requirements



  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise-level marketing leadership roles
  • Proven expertise in developing and executing integrated and digital marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple large-scale initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage with stakeholders at the highest levels
  • Advanced problem-solving, strategic planning, and leadership skills
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field

Recommended Qualifications



  • Master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience, Adobe Target, Power BI, Pardot, and/or Salesforce
  • Thorough knowledge of GIS/Esri products
  • Recognized expertise in social media strategy, digital content innovation, and marketing automation
  • Strong proficiency in enterprise data modeling and analysis methodologies

Compensation decisions and the base range for this role take into account many factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is
$104,000 $166,400 USD
