Description * Claims Processing Support: Accurately input high volumes of patient data from Google Sheets into an EMR/billing system to generate payment requirements, with a target of 1.5 minutes per claim. * Tech-Savvy Workflow: Navigate multiple screens and systems quickly in a fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless transitions between tools. * Backlog Management: Focus on clearing a backlog of approximately 4,000 claims per month while maintaining accuracy and speed. * Collaborative Claims Team Role: Work closely with the claims team to ensure timely and correct charge entries, contributing to overall billing efficiency. Qualifications * Minimum 1 year of experience in fast-paced environments, with proven performance measured by both speed and accuracy. * Comfortable managing multiple systems simultaneously, proficient in Microsoft Office, and capable of setting up and maintaining remote workstations independently. * Strong understanding of revenue cycle management (RCM), payer-provider interactions preferred. * Typing speed of at least 60 WPM with high accuracy. Please note: MUST provide your own dual monitor, wireless keyboard, and mouse compatible with a mac. REMOTE WITH RESTRICTIONS: cannot live in the following states - Alaska, Maine, Puerto Rico, Arkansas, Mississippi, South Dakota, Delaware, New Mexico, Vermont, Hawaii, Oklahoma, Wisconsin. Start Date: August 4th Pay Rate: $20/HR paid weekly Hours of Operation: M-F 7am-5pm MST Training Schedule is part-time starting at 8am MST for 4 weeks. 6 Month Temporary Contract Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
