About the Job: Ever dreamed of working in a 2.5 million square foot data center? No? Well, you might after this. We're looking for hands-on, hard-working, entry-level cable technicians to help build the digital backbone of the internet. You'll be pulling cables, building server racks, and learning the ropes (literally and figuratively) from experienced techs. Think of it as construction meets tech-with a side of fiber optics. What You'll Be Doing: * Dropping cable like it's hot (down walls, through trays, and across the data center) * Learning to terminate fiber (not the sci-fi kind) * Installing cable trays, server racks, and grounding systems * Following blueprints like a treasure map * Performing fire-stopping procedures (yes, it's as cool as it sounds) * Getting your steps in-this place is huge What You'll Need: * Steel toe boots (seriously, don't forget them) * Willingness to work outdoors and at heights * Ability to lift, carry, and occasionally dodge flying instructions * Team spirit and punctuality (we like people who show up) * Flexibility for 10-hour days if needed * Proof you watched this video (yes, we'll ask) Bonus Perks: * Learn a valuable trade in a booming industry * Work on the largest data center in Richmond, VA * Get paid to build the internet (kind of like a superhero, but with tools) Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
