Additionally, they have a CPG line that can be found in over 5000 locations across the U.S. and in six foreign countries. Over the last five years, Bagel Brands undertook a retail transformation, greatly simplifying the menu and in-store management structure to enable a single-shift model. This change resulted in retail same-store-sales significantly outperforming the industry. Moreover, the single shift model has greatly enhanced diversity among bakery leaders and has supported turnover metrics that fall well below industry averages. Position Details The Chief Marketing Officer is a key leader within the organization and a member of the Executive Leadership Team, reporting to the President and CEO. They are responsible for developing and implementing the company's branding, digital/social, performance marketing, menu, advertising, and public relations strategies to drive profitable sales. They will generate revenue through increased trial, frequency, and driving per person average check, while ensuring the company's message is communicated across all channels to targeted audiences to achieve these goals. Compensation Range: $278,532.80 - $487,427.20 per year*Starting pay is subject to Local and State Minimum Wage regulations. **Ranges reflect what employer reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for such position.
