We're seeking an experienced technician or engineer with device characterization experience and experience in operating and maintaining lab equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for maintaining device lab equipment functions
  • Perform a wide range of device characterization activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's in Electrical Engineering or Physics, or Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or Physics with 2+ years of experience or Associates of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering with 4+ years of experience
  • Fundamental understanding of device physics.
  • Solid experience in deep submicron CMOS and BCD device measurement and characterization with parametric analyzer, LCR meter, etc.
  • Knowledge in using manual, semi-automatic, and automatic probers.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and technical report writing skills.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to stress test devices to understand post stress behavior and SOA.
  • Knowledge and experience in test structure layouts for various technology nodes, including advanced CMOS and BCD/HV for Analog or Mixed-Signal products.
  • Experience with Keysight technology suite: WaferPro, EasyEXPERT, BenchVue, etc.
