Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Sr. HRIS Analyst to join our shared services team.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • System Leadership & Optimization

    • Serve as our subject matter expert for all UKG modules: Pro, Workforce Management, UKG Pro Learning, Compensation, and Talent Management
    • Lead the design, configuration, and rollout of new system features, modules, and upgrades
    • Optimize workflows to support scalability, compliance, and an excellent end-user experience
    • Translate business needs into system requirements and technical specifications


  • Implementation & Integration

    • Drive end-to-end UKG implementations and significant system enhancements-owning project timelines, documentation, and stakeholder coordination
    • Design, build, and maintain integrations between UKG and other enterprise systems (HR, Payroll, Finance)
    • Collaborate with internal IT and external vendors to develop APIs, connectors, and automation for data accuracy and synchronization
    • Ensure role-based access, security measures, and compliance with data privacy regulations


  • Training & Support

    • Develop user-friendly training materials and deliver hands-on training for leaders and system users
    • Promote system adoption through ongoing education and support
    • Troubleshoot system issues, provide guidance, and serve as the liaison between users and UKG support or consultants


  • Reporting & Data Governance

    • Create dashboards, custom reports, and analytics that drive real-time decision-making and compliance
    • Conduct regular data audits and lead data governance initiatives to ensure accuracy and integrity




Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelors' desgree
  • 2+ years of experience working with UKG, with a focus on BI reports and delivered reports.
  • Proven experience developing dashboards in UKG BI or similar tools; Power BI experience is a strong plus.
  • Understanding of API integrations, with the ability to manage integration requests and troubleshoot issues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Experience handling sensitive HR and payroll data with confidentiality and compliance awareness.
  • Proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 5+ years of HRIS experience. UKG experience required
  • Proven ability to lead system rollouts, integrations, or significant upgrades
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency with Excel, reporting tools, and data visualization platforms
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Experience developing training materials and facilitating end-user training
