We're looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to support our customer and join our passionate team of high-impact problem solvers. This is a unique opportunity to help build and shape a game-changing organization where we put our customers and people first.

About the role:

As a Technical Product Manager, you will be considered a "generalist" on CI/CD pipeline and security requirements with a strong knowledge of the products being supported as well as the platform. This role provides critical support to the intelligence community, specifically the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), requiring expertise in Technical Customer Service, Customer Management, and experience in escalations within classified environments.

What we are looking for:



  • 5+ years' experience with Software Lifecycle management including platform/infrastructure, product management, backlog/stakeholder management, prioritization, roadmaps, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Ability to communicate technical approaches within intelligence community requirements
  • Deep understanding of DevSecOps methodologies in secure, classified environments
  • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for large enterprise applications supporting intelligence operations
  • Technical Customer Service, Customer Management, and escalation experience, preferably within government or IC contexts
  • Experience supporting IC requirements and understanding of NRO mission objectives
  • Familiarity with IC (NRO) acquisition processes and procurement requirements
  • Able to obtain Security+ certification within 90 days of employment with Raft


Highly preferred:



  • Experience with microservice architectures (REST, JMS, AMQP)
  • Strong Bash and Python coding skills
  • Experience with Istio
  • Previous experience working with intelligence community customers, particularly NRO
  • Familiarity with intelligence community security protocols and compliance requirements
  • Experience with classified system development and deployment pipelines


Clearance Requirements:



  • Active TSwith ability to obtain and maintain SCI
  • CI polygraph preferred and/or willingness to undergo polygraph


Work Type:



  • Onsite in the DC Metro area
  • May require up to 10% travel


Salary Range:



  • $160,000 - $220,000
  • The determination of compensation is predicated upon a candidate's comprehensive experience, demonstrated skill, and proven abilities
