Position Summary: Business Analysts are responsible for collaborating with the Product Management team, engineers, UX designers, and stakeholders to enable the on-time delivery and execution of the product roadmap. The Product Management team enables Capital Rx's operational and clinical teams to be more efficient by building cutting-edge products that automate operational tasks, empower clinical programs that drive down costs for employers, and deliver delightful experiences for members. As Capital Rx continues to grow and scale, we are looking for a Business Analyst to join our amazing Product team. In this role, you will work with the Product Director to ensure the data exchange tool delivers value and effectively supports stakeholder needs. Position Responsibilities:
