Attractive pay

Responsibilities

As a Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for continually improving the organization's ability to attract, select, and retain highly qualified staff. Strive to decrease the amount of time to fill open positions, improve the quality of hires, and improve cost effectiveness.

Essential Functions:

  • Understand the needs of clinical or non-clinical roles within the region and work closely with hiring managers to fill those roles with highly qualified candidates.
  • Serve as a competent recruiting professional and ensure that job seekers have a positive candidate experience.
  • Complete phone screenings on qualified candidates and effectively narrow the field of candidates in order to only present those who are highly qualified and the best fit.
  • Ensures diversity in all candidate pools and use effective souring techniques
  • Prepare candidates and hiring managers for interviews, providing interview guides as needed.
  • Coordinate and participate in recruitment fairs, trade shows and open house events to promote the company's career opportunities.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to meet goals and deadlines.
  • Schedule and facilitates interviews and candidate travel as needed
  • Train hiring managers on applicant tracking system as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field; equivalent experience (4+ years) as a Recruiter or Recruiting Coordinator can be substituted in lieu of degree.
  • Two (2+) years of experience supporting full cycle recruitment including sourcing.
Preferred:
  • Two (2+) years' Corporate recruiting experience.
  • Experience in developing & maintaining relationships with hiring managers and other internal stakeholders, at all levels.
  • Experience in a customer service setting
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and hiring managers
  • Experience with applicant tracking system (ATS) preferrably iCIMS
  • Skilled at sourcing candidates
