Job Title: Manager - Analytics & Reporting

What you'll do: As a Manager - Reporting and Analytics you'll lead a team responsible for delivering high-quality reporting and actionable insights to drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. You'll focus on overseeing the development of reporting frameworks, optimizing data processes, and ensuring the delivery of insightful analyses to support strategic business goals. One of your key responsibillities is to enhance data infrastructure in collaboration with key stakeholders such as the IT team and business lines while maintaining adherence to data governance standards.
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of dashboards and reporting tools to monitor business performance. Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver quality product that supports business priorities.
- Drive deep-dive analyses on large datasets to extract meaningful insights. Translate and present complex data into clear, actionable recommendations to senior management and cross-functional teams that support business strategies and operational improvements.
- Develop and implement data governance practices to ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all reports. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline reporting workflows and improve data accessibility. Lead cross-functional meetings to discuss data insights and recommendations that impact business strategy.
- Continuously evaluate new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance reporting and automation capabilities. Lead the partnership with IT teams to identify process improvements, enhance data infrastructure, improve data accessibility, and ensure optimal use of data platforms.
- Lead and mentor a team ensuring their development and work product align with expectations and business goals; monitor team workload, prioritize project completion, set performance goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations for team members.
What you'll need:
- 5+ years of related experience in Data Analytics & Data Management or similar field.
- Bachelor's degree in related field required; Masters or MBA in related field preferred.
- Previous leadership experience required.
- Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
- Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
- Intermediate to advanced experience and knowledge of data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Intermediate to advanced experience presenting findings from large, complex, datasets and proposing solutions or business recommendations in a clear, actionable way.
- Proven experience in developing reporting frameworks, automating reporting processes, and delivering data-driven insights.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.
