DESCRIPTION: PE is seeking a candidate that shall provide support to the product/project office for the full life cycle management, through development, procurement, fielding, and sustainment, applying Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition processes involving life cycle logistics. Primary duties will include (but not limited to):
- Analyze Integrated Product Support (IPS) and Life Cycle Logistics management of assigned programs within the JPM CBRN Sensors portfolio.
- Develop, review, analyze, prepare, and/or update studies, analyses, and program documentation in the following areas:
- Product Support Management Supply Support
- Sustaining Engineering
- Maintenance Planning & Management
- Design Interface
- Support Equipment
- Manpower & Personnel
- Information Technology Systems Continuous Support
- Facilities and Infrastructure
- Packaging, Handling, Storage, and Transportation
- Technical Data
- Training & Training Support
- Provide support to the product/project office for the full life cycle management, through development, procurement, fielding, and sustainment, applying Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition processes involving life cycle logistics.
- Monitor product supportability requirements in relation to the established program requirements for cost, schedule, and performance.
- Assist in milestone planning and reviews by providing logistics input to technical briefing materials, documentation, and integrated master schedules.
- Interface and coordinate product support efforts with both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate and resolve complex logistics issues.
- Provide coordination and support at meetings by producing the agenda, preparing presentation materials and displays, and hosting/participating in the event as required.
- Participate in Integrated Product teams (IPTs), Integrated Program Reviews (IPRs), Milestone Reviews, and any another applicable meeting to ensure logistics elements are addressed in the following program phases:
- Material Solution (MS) Phase
- Technology Maturation & Risk Reduction (TMRR) Phase
- Engineering & Manufacturing (EMD) Phase
- Production & Deployment (P&D) Phase
- Assist/support creation and maintenance of type classification/material release and related documentation related to acquisition.
- Be responsible for updating, creating, archiving program information on the Joint Acquisition CBRN Knowledge System (JACKS), assigned program shared drive, Microsoft Teams, and/or other repositories that the assigned program is using to store data.
- Develop life cycle sustainment plans, fielding plans, logistics demonstration plans, technical manuals, training packages and other logistics related deliverables.
- Manage, review, and comment on Prime contractor technical manuals, validation efforts, provisioning data, training packages, and other logistics-related deliverables.
- Support technical manual verification events and logistics demonstrations.
- Coordinate all levels of total package fielding activities and events of JPM CBRN Sensors portfolio of CBRN Equipment and material (i.e., Instructor/Key Personnel Training, training material development, lesson plans, programs of instruction, new material in briefs, new equipment training, and after-action reports).
- Coordinate property inventories, transportation, and packaging of equipment.
- Perform cataloging requirements of for both Standard and Non-Standard Equipment for the assigned programs.
- Monitor data, enter data and conduct lateral transfer actions in Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS), Global Combat Support System - Army (GCSS-A), and the Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) as applicable to the assigned programs.
- Conduct asset visibility analysis and generate property accountability reports in accordance with the appropriate regulations and policies pertaining to the management and control of Government-owned property.
- Review and revise the Issue, loan, receipt, and turn-in documentation (i.e., DD Forms 250s, 2062s and 3161s) for property accountability.
- Coordinate and dispose of non-mission capable equipment as applicable for assigned programs.
- Operate government owned vehicles in performance of inventory control activities, movement/transport or delivery of materials or equipment as required.
- Operate government owned forklifts in performance of inventory management/warehousing requirements of equipment as required.
- Shall be able to use the Microsoft Suite of applications (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) to create and maintain documents and communications.
- Shall have a valid US driver's license.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE DESIRED:
- Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear (CBRN) experience.
- Equipment and instruction training (e.g. operator and maintenance experience or certifications). Equipment training will be required based on the product technical manuals and original manufacturer manuals. Certification from Association for Talent
- Development or instructor level training is also recommended. Products within CBRN include the Joint Chemical Agent Detector (JCAD), Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Dismounted Reconnaissance System (CBRN DRS), and other military related chemical detectors, sensors, and collectors. 3. Acquisition Logistics experience.
- DAU experience of foundational or the equivalent of two (2) years of acquisition experience in life cycle logistics.
- Three (3) years of experience in related Life-Cycle Logistics in the area of Acquisition

- Manage a group of 4-8 employees: providing leadership and guidance to employees in conjunction with Government Lead.
- Communicate with Government Leads to understand if employees are meeting performance expectations, communicating with and through the Prime as necessary.
- Track daily status of employees, on-site or off-site, and communicate status with employees and Prime.
- Participate in interviews to fill vacant positions.
- Provide appropriate orientation and in-processing for newly assigned employees.
- Review performance appraisals in UKG; ensure employees are familiar with the contents of her/his appraisal forms. Ensure employees are recognized for a job well-done.
- Coordinate the review and approval of travel requests with Corporate and the Prime.
- Prepare and compile data for monthly deliverables (i.e. GFE Tracking, travel reports, training report)
- Counsel and document job performance and expectations of each employee as necessary.
- Ensure employees understand / comply with all Patricio Enterprise, Inc. and DoD policies and regulations; meet all recurring training requirements.
- Review / approve Costpoint Timecards, Travel Requests, Travel Expense Reports, and Requests for PTO.
- Keep the PM informed of all critical information that may impact performance, employee status, PE reputation, and Client relationship.
