Job Description: Dynamo Technologies LLC is seeking a Mid-level Systems Network Engineer to support the U.S. Army Project Manager Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PM PNT) under the Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) Support Services contract. The Systems Network Engineer will provide expert-level systems engineering integration, cybersecurity, and network assurance support across all phases of the PM PNT product lifecycle. This role involves contributing to technical documentation, managing cybersecurity compliance, executing Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes, and supporting secure system integration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Army cybersecurity policies, secure systems architecture, vulnerability analysis, and acquisition lifecycle processes, with the ability to operate effectively in classified environments and collaborative teams. This position is on-site in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Develop, review, and maintain key cybersecurity acquisition documents like the Cybersecurity strategy and the Clinger-Cohen Act documentation.
- Participate in and provide cybersecurity expertise at PM PNT Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings and other program-related meetings.
- Provide Cyber subject Matter expertise to additional acquisition documents such as the SEP, TEMP, acquisition strategy, to integrate information assurance and cybersecurity considerations.
- Participating in the design and review of network architectures to ensure they are reliable, scalable, and secure.
- Draft transition plans for the standup and tear down of enterprise networks.
- Collaborate with disperse sites to support network operations.
- Serve as the primary POC to support network troubleshooting.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Support systems engineering processes by reviewing and providing inputs to requirements documents, interface control documents, hardware/software interfaces, and related engineering, training, and test plans.
- Develop and deliver cybersecurity and Information Assurance (IA) documentation and recommendations in compliance with DoDI 8500.01, DoDI 8510.01, AR 25-1, AR 25-2, and other applicable laws and policies throughout the product lifecycle.
- Provide classified and unclassified cybersecurity and IA support during PM PNT Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings and related working groups.
- Create, coordinate, and maintain acquisition cybersecurity documentation, including Cybersecurity Strategy and Clinger-Cohen Act compliance documentation.
- Identify, document, and resolve IA, software assurance, and cybersecurity issues across PM PNT product lines and supported systems.
- Plan and execute Risk Management Framework (RMF) activities, including risk assessments, vulnerability analysis, POAM development, and security control validation.
- Conduct and document system vulnerability and susceptibility analyses; support maintenance of A&A, Assess Only, and Interim Authority to Test packages.
- Support planning, conduct, and documentation of cybersecurity/IA reviews, system decommissioning, and POAM development.
- Review and update acquisition documents such as the Systems Engineering Plan (SEP), Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP), and Acquisition Strategy to ensure cybersecurity integration.
- Participate in technical reviews such as SSR, SRR, SFR, PDR, CDR, PRR, FCA, and PCA, as well as weekly and bi-weekly IPTs and working groups.
- Assist with drafting Statements of Objectives (SOOs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Performance Work Statements (PWSs), performance specifications, and provide technical assistance for proposal evaluations.
- Serve as a Cybersecurity Subject Matter Expert (SME) by drafting and executing IA programs, monitoring cyber defense activities, and supporting cyber-related issue resolution.
- Coordinate with PEOs and ASA(ALT) Cybersecurity Division to establish standardized ARCYBER reporting for systems affected by cyber events and deliver mitigation POAMs.
- Analyze Army Cyber operational orders for potential mission impacts and collaborate with PEOs to ensure threat data is returned to ARCYBER in the approved format.
- Attend and participate in classified meetings (Secret and Top-Secret level), as required.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or systems engineering field with seven years' experience. OR
- Master's degree with five years' experience in systems engineering for DoD systems.
