What You'll Do

You'll oversee the daily activities for your assigned accounts, ensuring that the repair process runs smoothly. Here's what that'll look like:

  • Working closely with the customer assigned for the day to ensure equipment is scheduled and repaired in a timely fashion.
  • Managing the cost of each repair through an estimate , audit and/or approval process from the customer and fleet manager.
  • Overseeing the coordination and follow up of each scheduled or unscheduled event.
  • Maintaining the audit process to ensure the accuracy of the invoice and PM forms from the vendor.
  • Processing any repairs needed based on the review of the PM forms from the vendor and approval from the customer and fleet manager.


Who You Are

You're a creative problem-solver who enjoys working with others to identify solutions. Here's what else you bring to the table:

Minimum:

  • High school diploma or GED.


Preferred:

  • A degree in related discipline or industry experience.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in a high-volume customer service role.

USD 16.15 - 24.23 per hour

Compensation:

Hourly base pay rate is $16.15 - $24.23/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Benefits:

Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
