Accountant

EEC Irrigation is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accountant Intern.

Responsibilities:

- Assisting with general accounting tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable

- Preparing and maintaining financial records and reports

- Assisting with the preparation of budgets and financial plans

- Conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance

- Collaborating with team members to improve accounting processes and procedures

- Providing support for month-end and year-end closing processes

- Assisting with ad hoc projects and tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Exceptional attention to detail

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong time management and organizational skills

- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
