Maintenance Manager plays a critical role within our manufacturing plant and supports our production team to drive production while maintaining high standards for safety, quality and efficiency standards. This position will lead the Maintenance Mechanic team, by mentoring team to minimize downtime, implement and manage TPMs and manage CAPEX projects and ensure all compliance guidelines are met.Nationality Requirements Candidates must be eligible to obtain the relevant security clearance required for the role, due to the nature of the programmes we deliver for our customers. Job Description * Responsible for the development and coaching for all Technicians and Admin. * Implement and maintain TPM initiatives. * Develop and implement KPIs for the department * Manage all maintenance vendors and ensure all work is validated, negotiated and supports company initiatives * Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives by working with production team. * Controls downtime by informing production workers of routine preventive maintenance techniques; monitoring compliance. * Provides mechanical maintenance information by answering questions and requests. * Prepares mechanical maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. * Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. * Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. * Maintain and complete all required documentation following OSHA and EPA regulatory requirements (e.g., logs, records, checklist, etc.) Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) * 7+ years of related experience with 1+ years of leadership experience * OSHA 10 certified (or equivalent) #MAR #LI-ONSITE #LI-ZN1 Diverse & Inclusive Employer Ultra Maritime is an equal opportunities employer that values diversity.
