POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for analyzing workforce data to identify trends, forecasting staffing needs, and supporting the development of workforce strategies to anticipate and address skill gaps or talent shortages. Works with Human Resources leadership to oversee compliance with labor laws and regulations, and ensure alignment of workforce strategies with Valley's goals and objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS




  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related discipline required.



  • A minimum of three (3) years of human resources experience.



  • Experience with and exposure to HRIS Systems, and strong knowledge and domain of database and spreadsheet manipulation.



  • Excellent analytical and math skills, with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.



  • Strong understanding of Human Resources practices for attracting and retaining a high performing workforce.



  • Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations such as FLSA, ADA, and other pay and employment compliance regulations.



  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent written, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
