POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for analyzing workforce data to identify trends, forecasting staffing needs, and supporting the development of workforce strategies to anticipate and address skill gaps or talent shortages. Works with Human Resources leadership to oversee compliance with labor laws and regulations, and ensure alignment of workforce strategies with Valley's goals and objectives. QUALIFICATIONS
