About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Workflow Automation Developer to design and implement the operational workflows that power our intelligent automation platform. You'll be responsible for building end-to-end automated processes using low-code tools such as Make.com/Zapier and n8n.

These workflows connect a wide range of systems from inbound message platforms and data integrations to compliance verification and outbound communications. These workflows are already integrated with AI components and are actively expanding in complexity and intelligence.

You will contribute to building processes that reason, adapt, and interact autonomously, as we scale toward a fully Agentic AI framework. Your work will directly shape how quickly, intelligently, and ethically our platform responds to real-world requests.

This role is central to orchestrating automation logic that aligns with real-time decisioning, scalable routing, and human-in-the-loop operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Workflow Design & Implementation
    • Build and maintain modular, reusable automation scenarios using Make.com or similar tools.
    • Develop conditional flows, branching logic, retries, and fallbacks to ensure reliability and clarity in execution.
  • System Integration
    • Integrate with third-party APIs, databases, CRMs, messaging platforms (e.g., email, chat), and internal tools.
    • Work with OpenAI APIs to enable responses and AI-driven actions where required.
  • Operational Logic & Routing
    • Implement routing logic to assign tasks to specialist agents or fallback systems based on status, availability, and request type.
    • Ensure traceability and observability across all workflow steps using logging and monitoring features.
  • Compliance & Data Integrity
    • Enforce compliance checkpoints (e.g., privacy, ethics, security checks) within automation flows.
    • Coordinate with data teams to ensure consistent schema usage and safe data transformations.
  • Collaboration & Documentation
    • Collaborate closely with Business Analysts to translate process documentation into executable workflows.
    • Maintain clear documentation for all scenarios, including triggers, dependencies, and business logic.

Qualifications

  • At least 12 months of experience in workflow automation, low-code development, or integration engineering.
  • Proficient with tools like Make.com, Zapier, n8n, or equivalent platforms.
  • Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, and JSON-based data structures.
  • Experience with message-based workflows and event-driven triggers.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of operational quality and user impact.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in remote teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with OpenAI or other LLM services.
  • Familiarity with version control (Git) and shared documentation practices (e.g., Notion, Confluence).
  • Understanding of compliance-sensitive workflows in regulated environments.

Why Join Us?

  • Be at the center of a cutting-edge automation and AI platform.
  • Help define how requests are processed, verified, and routed in real time.
  • Join a team that values autonomy, speed, and ethical transparency.
  • Work remotely, flexibly, and collaboratively.
