  • Refine our employer branding to ensure it accurately reflects the company's values and attracts the caliber of candidates needed to meet the company's' growth objectives.
  • Champion operational excellence and continuous process improvement across the People function such that employee help desk and back-office tasks are optimized to free up time for people business partners, recruiters, and functional leads to focus on high-impact activities.
  • Drive the continued improvement of the candidate, new hire, and onboarding experiences, ensuring a seamless, engaging, and efficient process for the candidate/employee, manager, and people team from application to first 30 days.
  • Oversee employee benefits offerings and vendor management, ensuring competitive offerings across geographies.
  • Provide leadership and strategic support for compliance with global employment laws, ensuring policies and practices are aligned with local market conditions and regulations.
  • Lead the administration of core People systems (HRIS and ATS), ensuring data integrity, system maintenance, and seamless integration with other platforms such as benefits vendors and finance and payroll systems.
  • Build and execute a robust people data reporting strategy to establish key recruiting and employee lifecycle metrics, track performance, and provide actionable insights that inform decision-making at functional, geographic and organizational levels.
  • Act as a key member of the people leadership team, collaborating with the CPO and other senior leaders to set people priorities, support cross-functional initiatives, and drive projects aligned with business strategies.

Job Requirements:

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, recruiting operations and/or people operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or strategic role.
  • Track record of creating exceptional employee experiences and optimizing back-office People processes that support scalability and business growth.
  • Systems and service mindset with success ensuring employees, managers and internal people team members have the tools, processes, and support to succeed.
