What You'll Be Doing * Execute large-scale GPU deployments and decommissions * Run, label, and stage power and network cabling * Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and hardware replacements * Follow structured procedures for equipment setup, shutdown, and audits * Monitor systems for performance issues and respond to alerts * Support testing and debugging of new systems and configurations * Travel to data centers across the U.S. to support critical infrastructure projects What You Bring * 7+ years of hands-on experience in data center operations * Strong knowledge of server hardware, cabling, and infrastructure * Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree a plus) * Open to frequent travel (up to 75%) Bonus Points For * Experience with large-scale GPU or high-performance computing environments * Familiarity with asset management and physical audits * A passion for staying ahead in the world of data center innovation Home Base You'll be based out of Southern WI, with flexibility to work across multiple local sites and travel to national data center locations as needed. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $50.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
