Midwest Veterinary Supply is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist for our Lakeville, Minnesota Corporate office. This is a remote role. Must be within reasonable driving distance to our Lakeville Corporate office for monthly team meetings.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing content across various digital platforms, executing targeted campaigns using HubSpot, and analyzing digital performance metrics. This role requires a deep understanding of current marketing tools and strategies, with the ability to lead integrated digital marketing efforts from concept to execution while collaborating closely with the Director of Marketing and other key stakeholders on strategy planning.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Manage and create content for email marketing campaigns as assigned. Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging and relevant email content to targeted customer segments. Consult and support digital marketing strategies for measurable results.
  • Support social media stakeholders by assisting in the development of content and support of social media platforms for the assigned business unit, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. Ensure alignment with brand voice and marketing goals across all social media channels.
  • Develop digital sales content that resonates with target audiences. Collaborate with the marketing stakeholders and communicate with the e-commerce team to update departmental content and ensure consistency across platforms.
  • Assist with the management the HubSpot platform for the assigned business unit, focusing on lead generation and customer engagement. Utilize HubSpot tools for workflow automation, email marketing, and lead nurturing, affiliate marketing. Provide backup support for the marketing automation manager.
  • Perform metrics analysis on digital performance, providing insights on trends and areas for improvement. Measure and report the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns against set goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Develop HubSpot dashboards for key stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the Director of Marketing, Marketing Automation Marketing Automation Manager and other team members to ensure strategic alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives. Communicate with stakeholders on digital marketing progress, results, and insights.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of an Associate's Degree required
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
  • 2-4 Years of experience in digital marketing or a related field
  • Experience with WordPress
  • Experience with Hubspot
  • Familiarity and experience with campaign development in a B2B environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong Content development skills, with the ability to create engaging digital sales content.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to read, write and speak English
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, employment policies, operating instructions, and procedural manuals.
  • Strong computer skills, ability to operate a Windows-based computer and data entry
  • Ability to work well with others and work independently
  • Willingness to travel as required to ensure success in tradeshow and business-related events

Regularly use typical office equipment including computer keyboard and terminal, telephone, and copier.

Work Environment:

This is a remote position. Work will typically be performed Monday through Friday in an office environment. Working more than 40 hours per workweek may be required.
