In this Senior Accountant role, the candidate will be responsible for the general ledger, month-end, reconciliations, and providing AP support. To be successful in this role, the Senior Accountant must be able to work in fast-paced and collaborative environment, while being hands on and open to learning. What do you need for this Senior Accountant role? Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field 4+ years of accounting experience Experience working in a startup CPA license or actively working on getting it Advanced Excel What will you do in this Senior Accountant role? Perform daily maintenance of company bank accounts, including monitoring activity, and ensuring sufficient liquidity Prepare and reviewmonthly bank reconciliations, ensuring discrepancies are investigated and resolved promptly Participate in cost accounting-related projects Assist with monthly close processes and preparation of supporting schedules as needed Maintain accurate records and documentation to support internal controls and audits Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency within accounting workflows Partner with other departments to streamline cross-functional financial operations Manage and process day-to-day transactions Support systems migration efforts, ensuring data accuracy, and minimal disruption Ensure all invoices and payments are processed accurately and timely What is in this Senior Accountant role for you?
