This role provides critical domain expertise for joint military and federal agency data analytics systems. Our SMEs support various aspects of the program to ensure operational readiness, system availability, and reduce project risk based on their domain expertise and real-world experiences. This position may also provide direct support for deployments and mission-critical operations as directed by government clients. Required Experience: Demonstrated DoD/Federal Agency experience in one of the following Subject Matter Expert categories: Administrative Professional Investigator Operations Research Analyst Public Relations Specialist Statistician Business and Financial Operations System Engineering Task Management Data Analytics Data Scientist Prompt Engineering Database Administrator Network Engineer Help Desk Support Systems Analyst Accountant Oracle Development Systems Programmer IT Technology Specialist Trainer Strong knowledge of DoD/Federal acquisition standards, DoD technology roadmaps, and regulatory requirements for enterprise level IT systems Strong knowledge of DoD military operations, deployments, and readiness reporting Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams, including military and civilian personnel, to address task execution and project needs Expertise in providing strategic guidance on communications and technical staffing, training, and asset requirements Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on improving operational capability and compliance Required Qualifications: Ten (10) or more years of direct experience (advanced degree and/or professional certification may be substituted for equivalent years of experience) in DoD or Federal Agency area of domain expertise. Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS, for short durations as directed by government clients DoD SECRET security clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI security clearance Salary: $95k+ to align with education and experience Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
