Heritage Pointe, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Community Life Assistant to join our growing team.
Heritage Pointe Senior Living is conveniently located near the heart of downtown Marshall, Minnesota. We have helped seniors Age Magnificently since 2013 in our gorgeous 58-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Heritage Pointe provides a strong leadership team and welcoming staff. We recently were awarded the 2023 Bronze AHCA/NCAL Quality Award. Join our team today!

Schedule: Part-Time - Monday - Friday, (8:30am-12pm) every other Saturday

Wage: $17.50-$22.50 wage is based on experience

In this position, you will be responsible to assist the Community Life Department Supervisor in the development, organization, coordination and implementation of comprehensive community life and wellness services and programs that meet the needs and interests of each tenant. Duties include:



  • Facilitate group programs as assigned in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Promote and integrate the wellness dimensions into the community life programs.
  • Communicate programs and develop positive relations with residents, family, and volunteers.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience working in Assisted Living and Memory Care is preferred.
  • Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and employees.
  • Must possess advanced computer skills, including email use.
