We're searching for a seasoned logistics leader to spearhead performance, automation, and growth. As Director of Distribution & Logistics, you'll drive streamlined warehouse operations, maximize asset utilization, and lead digital transformation projects that reshape how we deliver. Your influence will fuel business scalability, enhance customer satisfaction, and empower a culture built on innovation, accountability, and results.
Core Responsibilities:
- Leading multi-site distribution teams, elevating performance and team engagement
- Leading initiatives to enable dynamic asset deployment, tighten pick accuracy, and increase process throughput
- Implementing and expanding warehouse automation to drive speed and precision
- Championing ERP/WMS optimization for visibility, traceability, and forecasting
- Owning P&L and logistics KPIs (freight cost, OTIF, inventory accuracy)
- Aligning with manufacturing, R&D, and IT to support just-in-time models and continuous flow environments
- Ensuring full regulatory compliance (DOT, OSHA, EPA) for chemical and hazardous material handling
- Mentoring logistics professionals and cultivating a high-performance, safety-first culture
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years leading logistics or warehouse operations across multi-site networks
- Experience in automation, asset planning, team development, warehouse layout optimization
- Demonstrated ERP/WMS mastery, financial acumen, cross-functional leadership, strategic thinking
- CSCP or CLTD certifications preferred

- Pay Type - Salary
- Pay Range - $135,900 to $183,900 (Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, and skillset.)
- This is a full-time onsite position at our Superior, WI location
