Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Under general direction of Director, Clinical Insights, the Sr Manager, Market Insights-Oncology is primarily responsible for utilizing their clinical oncology expertise to develop clinical content and manage IntrinsiQ's Specialty Insights programs.

  • Develop clinical content for IntrinsiQ's Specialty Insights programs and services including live/virtual Challenging Cases series and Debriefs, on-line provider surveys, advisory boards, and focus groups.
  • Serve as clinical liaison between clients and the IntrinsiQ team
  • Coordinate and manage content and project workflow with internal and external moderators/faculty, project manager, and vendors to ensure client's focus is met
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the field of oncology and other specialties
  • Lead the development and delivery of final data reports, executive summaries, and client presentations resulting from Specialty Insights programs
  • Collaborate with IQSS and Cencora business development account leads to identify sales opportunities and to prepare proposals.
  • Recognize changes in project scope, taking appropriate action with internal team members and the client
  • Demonstrate key knowledge of team's projects: clients, business issue(s) objectives, scopes, budgets and timelines
  • Demonstrate understanding of Cencora solutions to execute projects
  • Seek and use customer feedback to improve processes and solutions
  • Review content contributed by project team members, as warranted
  • Identify and use content-related resources to support project
  • Complete content work within assigned hours and on time
  • Seek out and use customer feedback to improve processes, solutions, team member performance and to chain link
  • Seek out and use customer feedback to develop offerings and improve services
  • Manage the client-interface when acting as a Client Manager on a project, in concert with the Project Manager
  • Solve problems with clients by collaborating with relevant ABC associates
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and legal work environment; Develop personal growth opportunities.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Experience and Educational Requirements:

Completion of a four-year bachelor's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education. Normally requires a minimum of 8+ years progressively responsible related experience

Experience in clinical oncology (RN, PA, or NP) with strong oncology background preferred. Experience in pharmaceutical industry/consulting in addition to clinical oncology setting a plus.
