Financial analysis, financial modeling, forecasting and budget development
• Review monthly financial statements, labor detail and communicate key drivers to Operations/Executives
• Summarize trend and actual to budget variances and prepare/execute improvement plans
• Aide in preparation of monthly forecast
• Develop and/or modify financial models with changing business needs
• Collaborate effectively with field operations and across functional departments to provide high-level analysis and drive overall program success
• Assist with detailed annual budget process
• Conduct ad hoc reporting/special projects
• Training of operational personnel on aspects of systems, accounting and finance
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Accounting or Data Science preferred
• Understanding of Financial Statements and core accounting concepts (e.g. accruals)
• Minimum of two to three years of financial analysis or relevant experience
• Highly proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite applications (Excel and Powerpoint); experience with Oracle ERP, Power BI and Workday/Adaptive FP&A software a plus
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• High organization and ability to learn/adapt to new information
• minimal travel required
